Processo formativo a distância em Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional na Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa: construindo práticas educativas

Resumo Processos formativos para fortalecer a segurança alimentar e nutricional (SAN) como política são demandas da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (CPLP). Objetivamos descrever analisar práticas educativas desenvolvidas pelos docentes, visando refletir propor ajustes aprimorar o processo formativo distância em SAN no contexto CPLP. O curso foi composto por alunos do Brasil; Cabo Verde; Moçambique São Tomé Príncipe. A pesquisa é aplicada, teve abordagem qualitativa natureza descritiva explicativa, empregando videoaulas materiais estudo, principalmente, com base na Análise Textual Discursiva. proposta indica que cursos mesma requerem gestão educacional formação docente; reconhecimento conhecimento discentes; inserção dialogia nas videoaulas; oferecimento atividades locais capazes gerar compreensão realidade; criação sequência elaboração Trabalho Conclusão (TCC); desenvolvimento TCC à transformação realidade.
